Great customer service!! X-PRO Sports ATV 200cc. Cons-It’s kinda cheap, exhaust broke off after 2 months of riding. Had problems with the studs and lug nuts upon assembly. (Heads up, use a ratchet, no power tools during assembly.) That’s it for cons. Pros-It’s kinda cheap which means ANYONE can fix or upgrade this ATV for WAY cheaper than ANY Name brad out there. Trust me on this. I got this up to 45mph for around 100$. Upgraded the carb, jet, intakes, fuel lines and filter, spark plug, thumb accelerator and chain. The biggest PRO for me though is the FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE response time and the 3 month parts warranty no questions asked, just send X-Pro a pic of what broke and they send a new part. Got the hub replaced and new exhaust system replaced. No complaints from me. And after the warranty is up I can still email them for parts numbers and the link to get them. VERY PLEASED! Will be getting the Hawk 250 dirt bike next! I HIGHLY recommend this ATV! Especially for a first time rider or a first time buyer. 5 people found this helpful
