GREAT BUY
I bought this bike for my son who is 15 years old. It arrived quickly was easy to unload and had no issues, the bike took more time taking out of the metal crate then it did to put it together. Parts all fit perfectly except front fender had to be trimmed so it didn't hit the motor. Runs great quality was right where it should've been, felt heavier duty compared to an ssr. I'm 6'2" at 250 lbs and it ran at about 45 mph with me on it. Shifts smoothly brakes work great, slip on exhaust isn't very well designed but easy fix. Should come with a shock adjusting wrench as a taller kid we needed to adjust ride height. You'll notice some metal shavings in your first oil change this is normal as it has to be broke in after that it'll be alot less. Pretty zippy little ride definitely worth the money spent on it.
Perfect bike for learning and pit bike fun. Good quality.
Let me start by saying I'm very pleased with the bike. I assembled it, replaced oil, added fuel, and it fired right up. I have about 11 hours on it and it's performing better and better. A little bit of chain adjustment and good to go. I feel it could use another gear but hey I'm not complaining. Highly recommended.
A Lot of Bike for the Money
Having over 50 years of motorcycle riding and mechanical experience, I would first say that the little bike is a lot for the money. I'm not a big person, so it makes a perfect trail bike for me. If you're six feet tall, this probably isn't the bike for you, but for teens and smaller adults it's everything you need to explore Forest Service roads and trails. However it is not a "full sized dirt bike". It was easy to assemble, taking me about 2 1/4 hours. With an extra pair of hands it would have taken less time. The assembly video was very helpful. Watch it. Take your time and do it right. If you haven't had experience with motorcycle assembly and mechanics, find a friend who has. I haven't had the time to actually take it out on the dirt (it's also too cold here), but I'm not concerned about any problems. I have no complaints about the build quality. It arrived undamaged and about a week earlier than anticipated. After changing out the machine oil in the crankcase with Valvoline 10/40 motorcycle oil (be sure to use oil specifically for motorcycles) and filling the tank with premium gas (NEVER use anything with ethanol in it), it started on the third kick. My recommendation is to use petroleum based oil for the first couple of changes, then move to a good synthetic oil. I highly recommend Lucas 10/40 synthetic motorcycle oil. It was a bit cranky at first (they always are), but after running it for five minutes or so it started to smooth out. Be nice to it for the first couple of hours of running time. "Run it in", don't "break it in". Don't try to find out how fast it'll go until you've put a few hours on it and at least one oil change. The tires were even inflated to the proper psi, and the chain came adjusted correctly. I have owned several Chinese bikes, and this one appears to be the best quality yet. I recommend it.
Arrived in 8 days after I placed my order, earlier than expected, would highly recommend ordering from this website. I'm 5'8" around 155 pounds and this bike has way more than enough power. Arrived fully assembled, replaced oil with 10-40W before starting, been running perfectly. Still getting used to getting into 1st gear since it's my first manual bike, but it's been great so far!
I purchased this a few days ago and was surprised by the quality. I bought it for my son whos already launched it down a hill and it took a few bad falls but kicked back on like nothing happened. It's got some power for a little guy I'm 200lb and it zips me around the yard in 1st gear. I'll update my review when I get a little more aquantied and take it on some trails.
Even though its for my 16 year old it may become dads new toy. If your on the fence grab it... this model is going on facebook market for 3x the price in my area, worse case you could always sell it
This had good reviews, was shipped by way of a Freight company and came on a pallet undamaged. Was able to haul the carton in the back of a crv . Unboxed it and had it put together in under a hour . Had it running after about ten kicks and after he ran it for about a 1/2 hour it idled smoothly . It has plenty of power to come up on a groan man . I think the quality is very good for the price . It will smoke for a bit until it burns all paint off the exhaust pipe . Change the oil out before you start it as per instructions . Be prepared to assemble it yourself , front wheel , fender , throttle, number plate , rear shock bolt and change the oil with 1 quart of 10w40 .
