Love it!! I ordered an ATV and two days later they called to tell me it wasn't in stock. I missed the call and spent the next day calling them repeatedly. It literally took me over 20 calls to get a human to answer but once they did, the person I spoke with was awesome. I chose a different model and completed my order over the phone. This ATV was cheaper and I was told the difference would be deposited back into my account, which it was. I also received an email regarding the conversation I had with the change in order. The difference was back in my back quickly. I was able to track the ATV and it was delivered on the date it said it would be in absolutely perfect condition. I opted to have it completely assembled and for the little bit extra it is soooo worth it! It was a birthday present for my son and this way he was literally able to drive it after tightening the handle bars and putting two straps on the battery! It started right up. Rides great! Drives great! Handles awesome! Can't believe I ever paid for brand name ATVs before! This hauls my son and his dad without issue. .. about 300 pounds together. Beautiful looking four wheeler. Couldn't be happier with the entire process from start to finish. Only thing is they should hire more people to answer their phones. If they are this busy all the time, they need more help.
