This thing exceeded my expectations, way bigger then I thought it was going to be which was nice. Ran great some minor issues to start, kinked gear shifter cable which they replaced. Then a few months later I had an issue with it not charging and they wouldn't honor their 1 year warranty and help me out in anyway just kept responding the warranty had expired when it had only been 5-6 months. But in the end it wasn't charging because the plug had came out of the cdi box. But still saying 1 year warranty and refusing to offer any help was disappointing but at the same time originally they were more then willing to help. I bought it in the fall and didn't use it till spring living in Minnesota so just make sure you check everything out right away then you shouldn't have any issues with them not honoring the warranty. I've also purchased a kids 4 wheeler and kids dirt bike from powersportsmax as well so these minor issues didn't turn me away from them. Just would like others to be aware check it all out right away don't wait like I did. I'm giving the product itself a 5 star review but for their customer service I'd only give them 3 stars to be honest. I added turn signals to mine and a plexi glass windshield which I was in the process of adding in the picture and still had the protective film on.also added a bar light on top. There were minor dings and scratches but that's to be expected coming in a shipping crate from china before being sold here in the states.
