The communication with PowerSportsMax was great! I called them before ordering to ask about parts support and they told me that their "Lifetime Technical Support" allows me to take a picture of any part functioning or broken and they'll help me find the part # and a replacement. Even after the Drivetrain warranty expires I'll be able to find every part number since they can reference their Dealer Service Manual for any part numbers that aren't shown in the Owners Manual. They sent it through R&L Carriers who did a great job getting it to me. I spent an afternoon completing it's assembly, did an oil change over to Royal Purple Break-In Oil and have been having a lot of fun riding it beneath 40% around my place and the campsite trails through the woodlands. The Lifan X-Pect handles very well and is very comfortable for my taller height. I'm looking forward to switching it over from the Royal Purple Break-in Oil after it's 4th oil change. Also, the 80/20 Adventure Tires are so much better than dirt bike knobbies. I've been very impressed with both the fit and finish of the X-Pect and I'm very happy with it. Lifan makes an impressive fuel injected dual sport with a direct shifter and excellent electronics that I'm proud to be E-MTBing and Dashing with!!! ^_^
