My 10 year old got this cart for his birthday and he absolutely loves it. It starts right up and has plenty of power.. He takes his friends on rides and everyone has a great time. The costumer services was a bit on the bad side. Took a while to get someone on the phone or to get a call back but was helpful when we did talk to someone. The cart came without ANY assembly instructions so be prepared to spend a while putting together a large puzzle. Shipping To my house was a plus.
The price was great however they fail to mention it is mostly assembled. This would not have been as big of a deal however they provide no parts list and no assembly instructions. Assembly took 100% longer due to this alone. Some parts are slightly out of position to the point a winch was required to bend in place enough to get bolts in.
Once assembled, looks really good and seems to run really good.
Had an issue with front end making a rattling noise. Emailed and they responded back fairly quick stating to call into technical. After 10 failed attempts to get through phone system (about 2hours in total), I figured out on my own that it was the front shock and was due to a bad weld joint. Broke day 1.
Took to my Mechanic and upon inspection noted three of the four bracket weld joints where shocks attached to the frame were very week. Had him weld the one that broke the first day riding and weld supports into each joint to reinforce.
Summary: If you are a mechanic or good at solving puzzles and fixing a few weak spots this is a great cart for the money.
