I bought this machine but was intimidated at first getting it to start. I had not charge the battery properly. The Customer service was excellent, they sent replacement parts that I later found out were not necessary. The shipping was super fast. The machine needs a thorough battery charging. It is easy to assemble and works like charm. It is super powerful and fast. Very easy to use. This summer will be the most memorable for my kids. The machine is large enough for either of us. They will never outgrow it. The price was half as much as charged in a local store for older models. These guys at Powersportmax really know what they are doing!
