I ordered this for my 9 year old son. The delivery was perfect. There was some assembly required, but easy enough to figure out. PowersportsMax was very professional and service orientated. I would surely order from them again. Be sure and change the oil, tighten every single nut/bolt/screw and make sure all electrical connections are complete. This makes riding so much easier.
My son was actually speechless when he saw it - which NEVER happens. Living in Nevada, we have ridden it all over. Jean Lake Bed being his favorite spot. After using it for 5 months, I just changed the tires to 20 inches, from the 16's they came with. I did have to remove the fenders and fender brackets, but that additional 4 inches of clearance opened up so many more trails.

So far, it has been a great go kart for the kids. It was relatively easy to assemble and it started right up after we put gas in it. The kids love it!
The only thing that was a slight negative was that we were missing the assembly instructions when we first got the go kart. And the battery does not come assembed and the instructions for how to put the liquid in the battery are in an Asian language (Chinese? Japanese?).
It was about half the price of the similar one we saw at Tractor's Supply and it has a bigger engine and more room than the TS model. We had purchased a mini bike from TS a year or so ago made by a different manufacturer and it has neer worked right. So we really appreciate how well the go kart from PowersportsMax has performed. Plus, Tractor's Supply gave no service for what they sold us, and PowerSportsMax has provided great customer service so far.
