4-20-2009 Just received our mini quad. Some assembly was required but not very hard to do if your mechanicaly inclined. All necessary parts for assembly were in a box. We only have one nut left over after assembly. I recommend that the first thing you ought to do is add the battery acid to the battery before you assemble the rest of the bike. This allows time for the chemicals to react within the battery so it will charge up.
It was very easy to assemble. Once completed and the battery installed, fluid levels checked and fuel added, the bike started up very quick without using the choke (manuel). I adjusted the throttle restriction at the throttle lever and my 5 year old and I headed for the fields.
Cool looking bike with allot of torque.
Happy riding all.
